There were 12 feature films, including SNOW by Aida Begic, in competition of 20th Trieste Film Festival. Elma Tataragic, co-writer and producer of the film, was present in Trieste so she could introduce public and media with the film.

This time SNOW was awarded with to very important awards: Special jury award and Public award.

Feature film SNOW by Aida Begic was awarded with one more award - Special jury award for best first feature at the Tetouan Mediterranean Film Festival in Marocco. Jury members which awarded SNOW were: Jilali Ferhati (actor, director), Zakia Tahiri (director), Robert Alazraki (DOP) , Bassam Alkousa (actor), Azusena Pomeda Rodriguez (director), Elfi Reiter (critic) i Yasmina Nini Faucon (producer).

16th International Prague Film Festival FABIOFEST awarded feature film SNOW by Aida Begic with Grand Prix. Significance of this award is best shown by the fact that jury that awards Grand Prix represents intersection of Czech public. All the citizen of Czech Republic older then 15 can applay for jury which is consisted of 33 members.

The director Aida Begic attended award ceremony in Prague.
